Aviator's Landing Crash Pad | Altus Crash Pad

Excellent place to stay! The house provides a full kitchen, laundry room, comfortable couches in the living room, grill, and all requisite amenities. Any issues with maintenance, low cleaning products, etc. were handled quickly by the owner. Definitely going to stay here on my next trip to Altus, if there is space!

Great crash-pad to stay in at Altus! The owners go the extra mile to make sure you and the house are taken care of. They didn't go cheap on the amenities; supper nice leather couch in the main area, soft beds, everything a kitchen needs. This is my second stay at Altus. I wish I would have know about Aviator's Landing the first time I was here.

Can't speak highly enough of Matt and the entire Aviator's Landing team. Extremely easy going staff and sign up. Rooms are all well equipped with room for storage and study. Common areas are great for relaxing and having friends over. Kitchen had an arsenal of nice liquor and mixers to boot. Comes with a nice sized yard, grill, and fire pit. Location is incredible. Little more than 2 mins from the driveway to the gate! Roommates are typically super chill. Definitely will return for future training and recommend to friends.

Excellent place to stay while in Altus. The crashpad was modern and everything was well maintained. The owner Matt was accommodating when unexpected delays and circumstances arose so you can focus on work. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! I stayed here for PIQ which was ended up being about four months long. It's managed really well and the house is always well stocked with essentials. The owner and property managers are easy to talk to and work with and they are always working to make the place as comfortable as possible during the TDY. Some of the smaller things that were nice were the premium satellite package, which was cool to have people over to watch Sunday Ticket. The house is nicely decorated too which gives it a nice homey feel compared to some of the other houses I saw during my time in Altus. Highly recommend. Aviators Landing will be my first choice when I come back.

Similar to other guests, I was dealt a no-notice TDY and Matt was happy to accommodate. The arrival process was a breeze and when other guests left he had the master bedroom cleaned and available the next day. Covid-19 supply shortages? We didn’t need to worry about that as Matt had scheduled shipments of toilet paper, cleaning supplies and coffee to last the rest of the year! Furthermore, he was very welcoming to spouses visiting for extended periods. Lastly, the home itself is very inviting for the relaxed crowd. The neighbors on either side are permanent residents and it has all of the amenities of home without the “party-like” features of some others.

I had a fantastic stay at Aviator’s landing. The owner, Matt, was extremely accommodating. I ended up having to extend my TDY a full month and a half due to training delays - Matt made it a breeze from a renting standpoint. The amenities provided (coffee, paper towels, toilet paper) truly made day-to-day life a little more stress-free. I highly recommend!

I stayed at the 2905 Hunter Pointe location in the Southwest Suite during PIQ October through March: Management: Matt and his team made every part of my stay as easy as possible. I was able to reserve a room on late notice. The house was very well-kept and any needs were quickly serviced (ie a broken Keurig) by the owner himself (in the Keurig case, a new one delivered to the house two days later.). Matt even checked back in town to ensure the house was functioning properly as well as to identify possible upgrades to the house. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Commute: The commute was very short and the neighborhood was full of other trainees. This was my first crashpad experience and it was clear that a lot of thought went in to making sure all of us had great, seamless stays in Altus. Matt was great to work with and I plan on lodging in Aviator's Landing properties again.
